Blue Springs, located in Blue Spring Park in Orange City, Florida, pumps out 100 million gallons of 72 degree water each day. It's a popular recreation area and winter home to many of Florida's endangered manatees. The Thursby House has been restored to its 1800's condition.

The Snowy-white peak of Mount Rainier contains 25 named glaciers- the largest glacier stystem nin the United States, outside of Canada. Below the timberline, heavy precipitation supports dense forests of Douglas fir, western hemlock, Sitka spruce, western red cedar, and a colorful bouquet of wildflowers.
