Totem Pole Rock

Totem Pole Rock, Needless Road, Black Hills, South Dakota.
The Needles Road, a difficult road building project, runs from
Highway US 16A to Sylvan Lake. The Totem Pole Rock and
Cathedral Spires are spectacular views from here.

Connecticut State Capitol

Overlooking Hartford's 41 -acre Bushnell Memorial Park, the
Connecticut State Capitol first opened for the General Assembly
in January, 1879. It is constructed of New England marble
and granite and crowned by gold leaf dome.

Tower Bridge (1894)

The source of this world famous river being Trewsbery Mead,
flowing 346km through Oxford, Windsor, Hampton Court,
Richmond & London. Then into the Thams Estaury and passing
Southend-on-Sea home of the longest pier in the world then flowing
into the North Sea.

People from everywhere have been stopping in. It is such a delight for me to read where people are from.

Jamaica - Jerk Pork

Jerk Pork.
Pound 2 ozs. of freshly roasted pimento berries in mortar. Add 6 stalks of escallion,
4 cinnamon leaves, 2-3 hot peppers, all chopped.
Pound all these ingredients to a paste, combining
1 teaspoon of grated nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the paste over 4lbs. of port chops or loin,
rub in the seasonings and leave to marinate for 1/2 hour.
Barbecue the meat over a slow charcoal fire
preferably made from green pimento wood.
