History of Postcard for Sam

My dearest friend recently had a baby girl, Samanth. In light of this new addition to my life I realized being a baby is like an alien coming to a new world. The new baby has a unique position. She cannot speak the language and has no understanding of culture. A child has no awareness of history before their arrival. I decided I would take the opportunity to introduce Samantha to our great world by sending her postcards from locations I found to be monumental. In my quest to gather glimpses from parts of the world I have leaned on friends and family to send cards from their favorite places or home town.
